Here is a list of FAQs asked of the support team at Abraham LIVE.

What is Abraham LIVE?

Abraham LIVE are online broadcasts from in-person workshops in select cities, held in real-time via your computer, smart phone, or tablet.

The video replay of an Abraham LIVE broadcast is available through 11:59 PM Central Time on the Friday immediately following the live workshop.

Abraham LIVE does not include the ability to ask Abraham a question.

I have an account, how do I get to my purchase?

Step-by-Step Login

Please use these instructions to log in to Abraham LIVE once you have purchased or been granted access to the system:

Visit abrahamnow.com.

Click LOGIN at the top right of the screen.

Enter your username and password, and click Sign In.

From MY Library, click the Access Now button next to the product.

View live broadcasts by clicking LIVE Broadcast – [Date] on the day and time of each live broadcast.

View recordings of past broadcasts in your MY LIBRARY.

Will there be audience participation in Abraham LIVE?

No, only attendees in-person have the opportunity to be chosen to ask questions.

My live broadcast is skipping, stalling or stopping.

During the live broadcast, if you experience skipping, stalling or stopping, simply change your resolution at the bottom right of the player window. Select a resolution that better suits your internet and processor speed.

Please also check the speed of your internet at speedtest.net. If you are not maintaining at least 5mb down, on your internet connection, you may experience interruptions in your stream.

If this does not resolve your issue, you can also clear your cache and cookies. Information on how to do this for each browser can be found below.

I can't hear the broadcast.

Please click on broadcast window the first time you open it. You can also adjust the volume in the broadcast window, as shown below.

Please be sure that you adjust your device volume as well.

Do I have access to the replay?

With Abraham LIVE, you will have access to the video replay through 11:59 PM Central Time on the Friday immediately following the livestream. During that replay window, you can access the video replay by returning to your My Library.

How do I change my email or password for Abraham LIVE

Once you are logged into AbrahamNow.com, click the avatar (image of a person) at the upper right of the screen. Click on Settings and change your password to what you want it to be.
